as a designer:
I have a heart for others and I’ve learned that creating an engaging design experience comes from hearing and understanding people. A brand is not only visual, but also mental, emotional, and psychological. Layout design is not just information, but also a story, journey, and an experience.
With my design degree, I have worked for several agencies and taught college designers. I bring to the table a wide range of design and consulting experience. I’ve built and positioned brands, created event experiences, told visual stories, designed instructionally, visualized data, launched internal initiatives, managed internship programs, and served as a culture team representative, all while building nurturing relationships and a network of talented professionals.
In my previous role at Think Up Consulting, I had the opportunity to partner with brands such as BMW, Marriott Select Brands, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, Sunrise Senior Living, MyEyeDr., Auro Hotels, Fluor, Extended Stay America, Signature Flight Support, Clemson University, and more. In addition, I designed and launched the company’s internal digital marketing initiative and supported in visual brand consulting on countless client projects.
In my current role as Communications Director at Equip Studio, I have the opportunity to own all marketing and PR responsibilities, in addition to supporting Equip’s business development effort. I’ve brought my design experience to the table through the company’s brand positioning and identity. I’ve had the opportunity to add value on all of Equip’s internal and external communications, brand voice, proposals, client experience, online presence, and even some environmental design support for our project teams.
